Service Description

Floors and rugs vacuumed/mopped, empty trash, disinfecting and cleaning bathrooms and staff kitchen areas. restocking supplies(soap, paper products and more) wiping down surfaces. Rate is based on sq. ft. Time based on size- for office buildings and commercial spaces. NOTE: Clients pays a $30 deposit online and the rest in person upon completion of the job. An expert will assess the jobsite, provide a full estimate of time & cost involved for the complete job. The $30 deposit will be deducted from the final cost & remaining payment method to be discussed in person prior to commencing any cleaning project. Terms and conditions- deposit required for book cleaning. $30 refundable when canceled up until 24hrs of scheduled cleaning. If cleaning canceled within 24hr, deposit is good for 90 days to reschedule.
