Move in/Move out Clean

Service Description

All surfaces cleaned, baseboards, interior/exterior of cabinets, drawers, and appliances. Windows, blinds, and light fixtures, doors cleaned. All floors vacuumed/mopped. Flat rate based on sq. ft. No time limit . NOTE: Clients pays a $30 deposit online and the rest in person upon completion of the job. An expert will assess the job site, provide a full estimate of time & cost involved for the complete job. The $30 deposit will be deducted from the final cost & remaining payment method to be discussed in person prior to commencing any cleaning project. Terms and conditions- deposit required for book cleaning. $30 refundable when canceled up until 24hrs of scheduled cleaning. If cleaning canceled within 24hr, deposit is good for 90 days to reschedule.
